Withdrawal Policy

This page explains withdrawal rights for digital services and digital content provided via microstudy.ai.

1. Standard withdrawal right

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain distance contracts. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period (for example, 14 days), that period applies.

2. How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement (for example by email) before the withdrawal period expires: support@microstudy.ai.

3. Digital services and digital content

microstudy.ai is provided as a digital service and includes digital content features. During purchase in the bot, we ask for explicit consent to start execution immediately.

If you explicitly request immediate execution and acknowledge this in the bot, your withdrawal right may expire once execution starts, where legally applicable.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If withdrawal applies and is exercised in time, we will process it according to applicable consumer law and platform billing rules (including Telegram Stars where relevant).
